Installation and calibration

Connected to power supply
1.Connect a 220VAC50HZ power supply to the power socket
2.Look at picture two 1.Turn on the power switch 2.Turn the forward and reverse buttons to the right and select the forward and reverse buttons 3.Rotate the speed controller, select the desired speed, and set it accordingly 4.Insert the PCB board V-CAO onto the blade to perform cutting
Knife distance adjustment
1.Adjusting the upper cutting blade:1: Release handle 2 as shown in the figure below, rotate to release handle 2. Rotate 1 to adjust the upper tool button, fine tune downwards, confirm the position, and then lock the handle
2.Adjusting the lower cutting blade:Loosen the 5 screw holes and use a hex wrench to adjust the 6 screw holes. After determining the position of the upper and lower knives, tighten the 5 screw holes
3.Knife spacing; Can allow a 0.08mm thin paper to pass through, with obvious knife marks on both sides but continuous opening
Repair and maintenance
1.Replacement of upper and lower cutting blades
2.Release the 9 knife protection buttons, remove the four screws, and remove the knife protection
3.Place a 5mm hex key inside 11, and use a 4mm hex key to remove the four screws. 8. Remove the circular cutter and replace it with a new one in reverse order
Knife turning and grinding
1.The cutting blade is allowed to be turned and ground 2-3 times
Rust prevention and lubrication
1.The machine should be stored with anti rust oil added to the upper and lower cutting blades
