*This machine is designed for separate V-CUT circuit boards only, do not use for other purposes。
*When operating this machine, should not wear too loose clothes,
long hair should be tied up to avoid being involved in the

四、The preparation of the machine before installation and use：
1、Check the items in the packing box, including the following
parts: host, manual, power cable, foot switch, and hex wrench
for adjustment。
2、Take off the machine bag, place the machine on a flat solid
work table, wipe off the anti-rust grease on the machine blade。
3、To prevent electrostatic damage to the parts on the circuit board,
the machine should be grounded reliably. If the ground cable
in the power socket is reliable and effective, the machine is
grounded reliably when powered on。
4、Fix the platform sheet metal (11) on the machine with two tray

fixing screws, adjust the platform sheet metal to the
appropriate height according to the height of the parts on the
circuit board, and manually lock the knob screws under the
tray。
5、Plug the foot switch into the corresponding socket on the back
of the machine, and verify that the power supply voltage is
correct。
五、Machine adjustment：
1、Make sure that the parts on the circuit board will not collide with
the body and blade, and the height of the parts on the circuit
board should not exceed the range. If the parts on the circuit
board touch the blade, you can contact our company for
special processing of the blade to avoid cutting the part。
2、The height of the upper blade can be adjusted by the upper
blade height adjustment knob according to the thickness of the
circuit board。
六、Machine routine maintenance：
Maintenance work during the use of the machine is quite
simple, just keep the machine itself clean, and regularly apply
anti-rust oil to the upper and lower blades and the upper and

lower baffles. A special person should be designated to be
responsible for operation and maintenance. In order to ensure the
accuracy of the machine, do not use or store it in a place where
the temperature is too high or too low. (See section 3)
七、Blade replacement：
After long-term use of the machine, if the upper blade is
damaged, loosen the adjusting knob fixing screw, you can remove
the damaged old upper blade; If the lower blade is damaged, remove the inner tray and loosen the four screws on the lower
blade to remove the damaged old lower blade.。
1、The high/low speed switch is the speed control switch, which
can be divided into slow speed and fast speed. When starting to
use, please adjust to the slow speed, and then enable the fast
operation after the staff is skilled in operation. In this way, the
quality of the board can be guaranteed。
2 、 Mode switch for the standard switch, divided into work is
always foot step. 3 、 Emergency stop is an emergency stop key used when the
board is stuck。
4、After the equipment is used, please return the upper knife to the

starting position and disconnect the power supply to ensure
safety。
B、OI (operating instructions)：
1、Plug in the power and start the switch。
2、Adjust the gap between the upper and lower knives, generally
between 0.1-0.2mm, the gap between the upper positioning
knife and the lower cutting knife is generally the thickness of the
PC board。
3、The upper and lower cutting tools must be in the same plane, and the error cannot exceed 0.1mm。
4、Eccentricity distance adjustment method。
5、The working platform can be adjusted up and down。
6、Set the knife stroke and speed by using the above adjustment
method。
7、Step on the foot switch, test run a few times, if there is no
abnormality, it can be formally operated。
C、Basic maintenance：
1、After the work is finished, please turn off the power and remove
the waste chips。
2、Always pay attention to the protection of the upper and lower

cutting tools。
3、When not working for a long time, please remove the upper and
lower cutter, and apply oil to protect it, please wipe it off before use。
4、Pay attention to check the fastening of each screw。
