Steps 1: dailly checking that the air pressure is 0.5 MPa
Steps 2: weekly checking if air leakage of piping and joint
Steps 3: Weekly checking operation of unit air cylinder
Steps 4: Monthly checking no dirt of head air filter
Steps 5: Dailly Check if it lit of the lamp is power on.
Steps 6: Weekly Checking the transfer belt worn out, damage, or stretch
Steps 7: Weekly Check if transfer pulley functions properly
Steps 8: Weekly Check if stopper chip worn out or damage
Steps 9: Weekly keep the front/rear safety cover opened( gas spring)
Steps 10: Daily discard a chip(s) to check chip box
Steps 11: Daily checking the connections of cables and connectors
Steps 12: Checking the pressure of vacuum pump.(Judge this check result by using the negative pressure gauge.)
